Japan loves counting things. The precise length of the noodles in rival brands of instant ramen; the average skirt lengths of high-school girls from the north or south; the number of words for “obsessive” — Japan doesn’t wonder, it tallies.

Part 1 of 9 : Here we meet the host and his team of local Japanese people that will help him through out his journey. Most of all we meet Aki, his guide. The first Japanese fishing experience is a restaurant with an interesting twice. There you can fish a pond in the middle of the restaurant and have your catch for dinner.

So this is how they do it--a complement of undercover cops setting a big dragnet a sneaky upshooter. Whatever possessed this hapless man, his future must be looking like a blurry picture right now.

Just as I thought I'd seen them all.... This looked like exactly what I needed. But wait! At a closer look reveals that the fin(ger?)-type roller stimulates "surplus meat". Darn, what I need is more meat there....
