The latest product to promote itself with a Moe blend is konbu from the town of Erimo in Hokkaido.

Moe (pronounced mo-EH) is one of the primary concepts driving much of the anime world today, essentially occupying an entire sub-section inside the larger genre of Japanese animation, manga and games. But what does this word mean, and where did it come from? And what is the Cagliostro-Clannad connection?

"Called "Hakuho Shrine", the make-shift shrine is a little booth of about 3 meters by 4 meters, with a little wooden alter decorated with a handful of nendroid-like bishojo characters.
