I booked my trip through HIS, and they recommended the hotel. I Should have known better. I Should have remembered from my experience with KNT on my trip to China what to expect from a Japanese travel agency. The staff were great. The service was excellent. The accommodations were superb. Everything was clean and orderly and safe. But…the hotel was like the Japanese Embassy and the Japanese guests behaved as if they had diplomatic immunity!
