Creator of the sci-fi series Rocket Girls, Nojiri Housuke, has invented the flying pantsu launcher. Confirming his invention via Twitter, Housuke also posted a video onto NicoNico painting and launching his rubber band powered paper flying pantsu machine. He plans to market it but can't confirm plans.
